You Can Get The Flat Stomach You Have Always Dreamed Of!

“I want to reduce stomach fat” has to be at the top of anyones list who is trying to get the figure they have always dreamed of.. We have all gazed at pictures of toned men and women who just seemed to have achieved this super flat belly effortlessly.

There are so many barmy diets on the markets, fads, quick fix diets Oh and manic exercise equipment that can actually cause you an injury if your not careful! The models/actors etc used in these adverts are usually naturally stick thin and have never had a problem with stomach fat!

I have to say the biggest myth that people still believe today is one called spot reduction. This is where companies claim their diets, package foods, pills, potions or whatever else their selling will magically get rid of belly fat. Absolute baloney. There is only one way to reduce fat in only one particular area and this is by having surgery and that is an absolutely drastic measure which should only be a very, very last resort. If you do begin a healthy eating plan you will start to lose fat from all over your body not just your stomach. Have you ever seen anyone with a totally flat, toned stomach and thunder thighs!!! sorry to be so blunt but its true.

Ok lets tell you why you are carrying too much fat and are finding it so difficult to shift your belly fat. I can do this in three lines. Yes it really is that simple and once you realise that you are half way there. Once you understand how your body works you will be able to fine tune it and regain your flat stomach.

The unwanted fat you are carrying which will usually be affecting all areas of your body not just your stomach is caused by too much suger, too many carbs (the wrong ones) and too many saturated (bad) fats. Most people really have no idea which foods are bad for them, ie which ones have good sugars, fats and carbs in and which ones have bad sugars, fats and carbs. Once you have this information you have cracked it and will be able to develop a healthy eating plan and lifestyle change. Note I did not say diet. Diet is a bad, bad word and usually equates with short term measures that fail.

To lose belly fat you have to reduce your body’s ability to hang onto and make fat stores. Once you realise just how easy this is and that it does not involve pills, diet schemes, or anything else quick fix the fat will begin to drop off. All it takes is a knowledge of how and why the human body stores fat and what foods to eat to work with it not against it. It is common sense and it works but the problem is we have been conditioned by the diet industry into thinking their has to be some magic secret – well there isn’t.
